Ethics & Business Conduct Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Ethics & Business Conduct Senior Associate to join PwC Middle East’s Risk & Quality team. In this role you will lead investigations into ethics, conduct and workplace behaviour issues across the region, ensuring integrity and compliance with the firm’s Code of Conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Support and conduct end‑to‑end Ethics & Business Conduct investigations across the PwC Middle East region.
• Manage a portfolio of cases covering ethics, conduct, workplace behaviour, grievances, misconduct, harassment, retaliation and business conduct.
• Interview reporters, witnesses and subjects while maintaining neutrality, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Gather and evaluate evidence, identify key facts, assess credibility and contribute to investigation outcomes and recommendations.
• Prepare investigation summaries, findings, reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders and firm leadership.
• Collaborate with Human Capital, Legal, Risk & Quality and other business stakeholders on a need‑to‑know basis.
• Maintain accurate case records, documentation and investigation trackers in line with governance requirements.
• Promote a culture of integrity, accountability and ethical behaviour through consistent application of the firm’s Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ethics investigations, compliance, risk management or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
