Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for former consultants from top‑tier strategy firms to help shape AI learning by turning real consulting engagements into structured training environments. The position is fully remote, project‑based and focuses on designing realistic business scenarios for large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project scenarios that reflect real‑world industry context, financial data, constraints and incomplete information.
• Design step‑by‑step consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and operational diagnosis.
• Define grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Collaborate with the AI‑training team to ensure the scenarios are aligned with model capabilities and data generation pipelines.

Required profile

• 3 + years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses and synthesising findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines and defending them under uncertainty.
