About the role
The F&B Service Expert will create memorable dining experiences for guests at The St. Regis Bar. You will be responsible for setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role requires a proactive attitude and a commitment to high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a polished presentation for each guest.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including workstations and supplies.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
