About the role
Join a luxury hotel brand as a Guest Environment Expert, responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience through impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Stock carts and supplies to support housekeeping operations.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces to maintain high standards of appearance.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- Commit to a safe workplace and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards at all times.
- Present a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Physical capability to handle objects up to 50 pounds.
