F&B Service Expert – Private Dining

About the role

Join the St. Regis team in Amman as an F&B Service Expert dedicated to private dining. You will help create memorable, high‑touch experiences for guests, ensuring every detail of the meal service exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables for private dining events, maintaining impeccable presentation.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the kitchen promptly.
• Serve food and beverages with precision, attending to guests throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, replenish supplies, and adhere to health‑safety standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless dining flow.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of experience in food‑and‑beverage service or a related hospitality role.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of menu items and ability to read and verify information.
• Customer‑service orientation with a proactive attitude.
