F&B Service Expert – Waiter

About the role

As an F&B Service Expert (Waiter) you will create memorable dining experiences for guests at a Marriott hotel in Amman. You will be responsible for setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange dining tables according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, checking for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, work stations, and supplies.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
• Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unassisted (up to 50 lb with assistance) and work on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
