Food & Beverage Coordinator

About the role

The Food & Beverage Coordinator at The Ritz-Carlton, part of Marriott International, ensures the delivery of the brand’s Gold Standards in luxury hospitality. This full‑time, onsite position supports guest services, administrative tasks, and operational efficiency within the food and beverage department.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and retrieve information in computer databases, update records, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distribution.
• Create and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for records and reports.
• Operate standard office equipment and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure a professional appearance.
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Support team goals, develop positive working relationships, and respond to employee concerns.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Required profile
