Food & Beverage Manager (MBA)

About the role

An experienced Food & Beverage Manager is sought to oversee F&B operations, manage teams, control costs, improve service quality and maximise revenue while complying with food safety and quality standards. The role reports to the General Manager / Operations Director.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Develop operational plans to increase revenue and profitability
• Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing and supplier relationships
• Monitor sales, expenses and profitability through regular reports
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate F&B staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations
• Develop menus, pricing strategies and promotional initiatives
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
• Establish operational procedures and performance standards
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement and Operations, and prepare periodic reports

Required profile

• MBA degree
• Minimum 5 years in F&B management, preferably in restaurants, cafés, entertainment venues or multi-outlet operations
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, budgeting and profitability analysis
• Proven experience in inventory management, purchasing and supplier negotiations
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage

• Experience with POS systems and F&B management software
