Full‑time Lifeguard

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated full‑time Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at our hotel pool in Amman. You will be the first line of defense, responding quickly to emergencies and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor swimmers, identify distress, and perform rescue techniques when needed.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations, promoting a safe environment.
- Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, towels, and surrounding area.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
- Welcome guests, ensure professional appearance, and address service needs.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lb unassisted and heavier items with assistance.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, run, and swim for extended periods.
- Clear communication skills and a professional demeanor.
