HR Business Partner Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Director to partner with business leaders, align HR processes with strategic priorities, and drive employee satisfaction across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to manage recruitment, internal mobility, learning & development, and performance management.
• Lead targeted HR initiatives addressing specific business unit needs.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, ensure fair and transparent employee relations, and act as a trusted advisor on complex matters.
• Participate in business unit leadership meetings and advise on organization structures and workforce planning.
• Monitor labor costs and headcount, recommending redeployment or restructuring actions.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and collaborate with the legal department as needed.
• Support managers with coaching, counseling, career development, and performance management.
• Oversee service agreement resources, contract compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to cross‑functional HR and business transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Finance (HR certification a plus).
• At least 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, including 4 years in a managerial role.
