HR Onboarding Specialist

About the role

The HR Onboarding Specialist will lead end‑to‑end onboarding activities for new hires in Saudi Arabia and later across the GCC, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. This role works closely with division leaders, talent acquisition, and support teams to align resources and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all onboarding activities from start to finish for KSA initially, expanding to the broader GCC.
• Partner with Division Leadership to meet strict project resource deadlines and maintain transparency.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to prioritize new hires, track commencement dates, and provide mobilization updates.
• Coordinate with Support Division stakeholders to secure IT equipment, system access, and venue access for new employees.
• Develop support materials such as New Joiner Packs and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide personalized relocation assistance, including bank account setup, rental guidance, and dependent support.
• Stay informed on local labor market regulations and mobility requirements.
• Execute other responsibilities assigned by HR Leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on onboarding in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated knowledge of local labor market and mobility regulations.
