HR Operations - AI Subject Matter Expert

About the role

Nextwo is looking for a tech‑forward AI Subject Matter Expert to lead HR operations using Odoo HR and advanced AI tools. You will streamline the employee lifecycle, enhance engagement, and ensure compliance with Jordanian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, contracts, payroll support, social security, visa processing, and medical insurance within Odoo.
• Integrate AI tools to automate routine workflows, accelerate document generation, and resolve employee inquiries quickly.
• Oversee the operational lifecycle and deployment of technical staff across internal and external projects.
• Develop, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs for consistency and excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, handling escalations with professionalism.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in HR operations.
• Direct experience managing workflows and data in Odoo HR modules.
• Proven ability to handle international visa processing and talent mobility.
• Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presence for sensitive issues.
