Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Sukljian Trading & Marketing Co. is looking for a motivated Human Resources Specialist to build and lead a one‑person HR department. You will shape the HR function for a diverse team that includes warehouse staff, sales professionals, and office employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.
• Create and implement training and development initiatives.
• Address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in collaboration with management.
• Oversee benefits and compensation management in line with company policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including performance reviews, attendance, and leave.
• Act as a trusted HR partner for all employee groups, tailoring support to warehouse, sales, and office staff.
• Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Proactive and adaptable attitude toward diverse HR responsibilities.
