About the role
Jahangir for Restaurants Operations and Management is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Human Resources Supervisor to join its team in Amman. You will lead HR management across a portfolio of restaurants and cafés, ensuring policies are up‑to‑date and compliant with Jordanian labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing workplace concerns promptly.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal standards.
- Promote best practices in HR operations across all culinary establishments.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Jordanian labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities.
