Implementation Associate – Procurement Platform

About the role

ABS is looking for an Implementation Associate to drive the adoption of its B2B procurement platform. You will guide buyers through onboarding, support suppliers and buyers post‑setup, and ensure each software release is thoroughly tested before launch.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the platform for new buyers, configuring organizations, users, approval rules, and loading supplier/item data.
• Coordinate ERP integration with the ABS SAP team for buyers using SAP.
• Serve as the primary contact for suppliers and buyer users, assisting with registration, quote submission, and answering platform questions in Arabic and English.
• Track recurring queries, create product change requests, and maintain bilingual help material.
• Test every software release, execute test scenarios, report defects, and verify fixes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MIS, BIS, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of purchasing processes (RFQ, quotations, purchase orders, vendor records).
• Comfortable working with Excel and handling phone calls with unfamiliar contacts.
• Zero to two years of relevant experience.
