Interior Architecture Engineer (3-5 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Architecture Engineer with 3–5 years of experience. The role involves leading interior architectural packages from concept through construction documentation, coordinating with engineering disciplines, and communicating directly with clients. Occasional on‑site presence and integration of landscape elements are also required.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawing sets (floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, electrical point layouts, finish plans, joinery details, door/window schedules, partition details).
• Coordinate drawings with MEP, structural, and civil engineers.
• Develop and manage design models and construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Design interior spaces with a focus on user experience, materiality, lighting, ergonomics, and where applicable, integrate landscape elements such as interior gardens or terraces.
• Present design intent to clients, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers.
• Conduct site visits to verify conditions, review installations, and resolve RFIs; work on‑site during key project phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture Engineering with a strong interior design focus.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in interior architecture or interior design for built projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical drawing sets, interior design development, and software proficiency.
• Proven ability to produce construction‑ready technical files (dimensioned plans, elevations, sections, details, electrical points).
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills and a collaborative, feedback‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally and work on‑site as required.
