Internal Auditor – Medical Center

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Internal Auditor to join our medical centre. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with financial and administrative policies, evaluating internal control systems, and supporting transparency and performance quality within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of financial records, accounts, and medical/administrative invoices.
• Review compliance with financial and administrative policies and regulations.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
• Prepare audit reports presenting findings and actionable recommendations.
• Audit contracts, purchases and expenses to verify regulatory compliance.
• Identify potential risks and propose preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with departments to clarify and enforce policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within healthcare.
• Knowledge of International Internal Auditing Standards (IIA Standards).
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Integrity, impartiality and strong problem‑solving skills.
