Inventory Coordinator – Vehicle Transactions

About the role
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Inventory, and related departments, ensuring seamless vehicle transaction processing, documentation, and registration.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales and Inventory teams to prepare and process vehicle transactions.
- Organise and track transaction submissions, following up on approvals with relevant departments.
- Manage the transfer of customs cards and related documents.
- Prepare and follow up on letters required for traffic authority approvals and certifications.
- Monitor daily vehicle status and coordinate until license plates are issued.
- Facilitate communication and follow‑up among Sales, Inventory, Transfers, Certification, Tracking, and external agencies.
Required profile
- Strong coordination and follow‑up abilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks across different departments.
- Experience in automotive operations, inventory management, or vehicle registration processes is a plus.
