Italian‑Speaking Virtual Assistant for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Virtual Assistant to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our short‑term rental portfolio. The role involves handling guest communications, coordinating property services, and supporting listing management for multiple properties across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in Italian and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email and messaging apps.
• Handle inquiries, booking requests, check‑in/check‑out questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and other property‑related services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, availability and guest information.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing adjustments and property information.
• Respond to guest concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Liaise with property owners, cleaners, maintenance vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established short‑term rental operational procedures.
• Track reviews and guest feedback, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, property management, hospitality or guest services.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and manage flexible hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO platforms.
• Familiarity with property‑management or channel‑management tools such as Guesty, Hostaway or Hostfully.
