IT/OT Package Lead - Aqaba Terminal Upgrade

About the role

As part of the Project Delivery Team, the IT/OT Package Lead leads and coordinates the delivery of the Information Technology, Operational Technology, Automation, Systems Integration and Digital Infrastructure package for the Aqaba Terminal Upgrade Project. Working closely with the Project Manager, Project Controls Lead, HSSE Manager, contractors, consultants and other package leads, the role provides technical leadership and oversight of systems architecture, infrastructure, networking, automation, integration, testing, commissioning, deployment and handover, ensuring safe, compliant delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, cybersecurity and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the IT/OT package, including infrastructure, networking, systems integration, automation deployment, cybersecurity, testing, commissioning, training and handover.
• Govern systems architecture, technical specifications, integration requirements, deployment, commissioning and operational acceptance.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, consultants and system integrators, and act as the main day-to-day APM Terminals representative for them.
• Coordinate interfaces and dependencies between IT/OT systems, equipment, electrical infrastructure, automation, maintenance and operations, supporting commissioning, training, Go-Live and operational readiness.
• Review design activities, define system and cybersecurity requirements, and review supplier and consultant deliverables.
• Monitor implementation progress and oversee FAT, SAT, integration testing, UAT, commissioning and operational acceptance.
• Promote HSSE and cybersecurity culture, manage package risks, opportunities and changes, and report performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality and cybersecurity objectives.
