Junior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑paced FMCG distribution team in Al Bayader. This hands‑on, entry‑level position will give you exposure to the full marketing mix, working closely with the Marketing Supervisor on daily execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support social media pages and content calendar: schedule posts, write captions, and brief designers.
• Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns on Meta and Google, tracking basic performance metrics.
• Help prepare materials for brand‑principal campaigns and in‑store promotions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure POS visibility and product displays.
• Plan and execute events and in‑store activations, including logistics, supplier coordination, on‑site setup, and post‑event reporting.
• Maintain spreadsheets for budget tracking and campaign reporting.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of marketing experience (internships count), preferably in FMCG, retail or distribution.
• Degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to support events on‑site as needed.
