Junior Mechanical Engineer

About the role
This full‑time position is based on‑site in Amman and is aimed at recent graduates or engineers with up to two years of experience. The Junior Mechanical Engineer will support the design team, contribute to project management tasks and take part in research and development activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and revision of mechanical design drawings and specifications using CAD tools.
- Support project managers in scheduling, documentation and coordination with other disciplines.
- Conduct basic research and development work to improve product performance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of core mechanical engineering concepts.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Proficiency with Navisworks.
- Experience in machine design.
- Competence in Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) tools.
