About the role
We are seeking a motivated Laundry Attendant to join our hotel’s laundry team. The successful candidate will ensure that all guest laundry requests are fulfilled promptly and to the highest standards, contributing to a pleasant guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Follow hotel and laundry department policies and procedures at all times.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including flat irons, ensuring proper care and safe use.
- Feed food‑ and beverage‑linen into the flat iron and manage the ironing process efficiently.
- Fold bed sheets, towels and other linens according to hotel quality standards.
- Adhere to fire safety and other safety protocols.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Vocational training in laundry operations or a related field.
- Previous experience in a hotel laundry environment.
- Good command of English and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Customer‑focused, courteous and able to work under pressure.
- Team player comfortable in a multicultural setting.
