About the role

Nsair & Partners, a leading boutique law firm in Amman, is seeking a Legal Advisor to join its team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support to both domestic and international clients, handling regulatory, corporate, and transactional matters.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze complex legal issues and prepare clear legal opinions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and labor law matters.
• Support partners and senior lawyers in dispute resolution and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate case files and contribute to internal knowledge management.

Required profile

• LL.B or LL.M from an accredited university; admission to the Jordanian Bar or eligibility preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities with a solid foundation in law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, especially with international or cross‑border matters.
• Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently with high attention to detail.
