Legal Intake Specialist – Remote (SSDI)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Social Security Disability law firm seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to turn warm inbound leads into signed cases. You will speak with callers who have already requested help, follow a structured intake script, qualify prospects, and guide qualified individuals toward representation.

Key responsibilities

• Call warm inbound prospects using our power dialer.
• Follow the Social Security Disability intake script to qualify prospects.
• Identify key facts, pain points and urgency, build value and handle objections.
• Help qualified prospects complete the next step toward representation.
• Meet daily activity and performance targets.

Required profile

• Near‑fluent English with clear, conversational pronunciation.
• Experience in legal intake, sales, healthcare, insurance, collections or other phone‑heavy roles.
• Ability to follow a structured script, ask direct qualification questions and take detailed notes.
• Comfortable handling skeptical or frustrated callers and staying empathetic under pressure.
• Willingness to work consistent 8‑hour shifts and meet speed‑to‑lead expectations.
