About the role

MetLife Jordan is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Agent to join its Amman office. You will work directly with individuals and families, helping them secure financial protection through tailored life insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the Jordanian market.
• Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
• Generate leads, build lasting relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on products, services, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Proven sales track record with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in sales management and negotiation.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic required; English proficiency is an asset.
