About the role

MetLife Jordan is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Agent to join its Amman office. You will work directly with individuals and families, helping them secure financial protection through tailored life insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients in the Jordanian market.
Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
Generate leads, build lasting relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on products, services, and industry best practices.

Required profile

Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
Proven sales track record with a goal‑oriented mindset.
Experience in sales management and negotiation.
Prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Fluency in Arabic required; English proficiency is an asset.
