About the role
MetLife Jordan is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Agent to join its Amman office. You will work directly with individuals and families, helping them secure financial protection through tailored life insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the Jordanian market.
- Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
- Generate leads, build lasting relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on products, services, and industry best practices.
Required profile
- Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
- Proven sales track record with a goal‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in sales management and negotiation.
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic required; English proficiency is an asset.
