About the role
Join our hotel’s bar team to create memorable, unique experiences for guests. As a Lifestyle Bartender you will not only craft drinks but also act as a host, anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages following the latest trends and micro‑local offerings.
- Maintain a flawless bar operation, handling cash and inventory with accuracy.
- Engage with guests, providing information and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and community partners to anticipate and fulfill guest expectations.
- Uphold safety standards, company policies, and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending or related hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift objects up to 25 lb and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
