About the role
The Butler at St. Regis, part of Marriott International, delivers high‑touch, personalized service to luxury guests throughout their stay. This role is the primary face of the Butler program, creating memorable experiences from pre‑arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide bespoke guest experiences during pre‑arrival, check‑in, stay, and departure.
- Coordinate Butler Valets and ensure other departments are prepared to meet guest needs.
- Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and act proactively.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of related hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lb.
