Maintenance Technician

About the role

Accor is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of all engineering systems within its hotel environment. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a wide range of facilities to provide a safe and comfortable experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen and mechanical equipment.
• Monitor and maintain utilities such as diesel generators, pumps, air‑conditioning, lighting and water supply systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest complaints related to engineering services.
• Maintain accurate records, equipment logs and daily checklists.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when needed.
• Apply energy‑conservation practices and keep the engineering workshop tidy.
• Assist with installation and repair works across the hotel premises.

Required profile

• Familiarity with hotel fire and life‑safety procedures.
• Ability to follow hotel standards, safety procedures and departmental policies.
• Reliability in reporting for duty on time, wearing a clean uniform and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Willingness to attend briefings, meetings and training sessions.
