Maintenance Technician – Weekend Shift (7am‑3pm)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our Sagewood at Daybreak community. Working the Friday‑Sunday shift (7 am‑3 pm), you will ensure the property and its amenities remain safe, functional and welcoming for our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliance issues.
• Perform carpentry, masonry, painting, flooring, and hardware installations.
• Maintain water features such as pools and spas, as well as waste‑management systems.
• Complete turn‑key work to prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Prioritize and organize service requests, and supervise external contractors when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least one year of property‑management maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
