Marketing Director - ISP

About the role

Blink, a small but fast-growing ISP, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead and execute its marketing strategy. The role drives customer acquisition, brand awareness and market growth across fiber and microwave internet services. It suits a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, product marketing and campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement a marketing strategy to grow market share in residential and business sectors
• Strengthen brand positioning around Sky Fiber, AirFiber and fiber services
• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, traditional)
• Develop customer acquisition strategies and work with sales to raise conversion rates
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products such as AirFiber
• Analyze the market and customer needs to shape product offerings and messaging
• Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI
• Build and lead a small marketing team, and collaborate with sales, customer support and operations
• Track campaign performance with data and adjust strategies accordingly

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role, ideally in telecoms, tech or ISP
• Proven ability to launch and promote tech or internet products and to lead a small team
• Excellent English (Arabic a plus)

Required skills

• Digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social media marketing and content strategy
• Marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Understanding of B2B and B2C customer needs
