Marketing Manager – BPO & Customer Experience Solutions

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that support CsMena’s business objectives, strengthen its brand as a trusted BPO and customer‑experience partner, and generate qualified leads. The role works closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations and Executive Leadership to create impactful campaigns and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a marketing strategy aligned with growth targets and brand positioning.
• Create compelling value propositions for various industries and target markets.
• Produce marketing collateral such as company profiles, presentations, case studies, brochures and proposals.
• Lead B2B lead‑generation initiatives, including targeted campaigns, account‑based marketing and digital outreach.
• Develop and manage content and campaigns that showcase CsMena’s capabilities in customer service outsourcing, contact‑center operations, content moderation, back‑office support, multilingual CX, quality and workforce management.
• Maintain consistent corporate branding across all communication channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategy.
• Oversee digital presence, including LinkedIn and other professional platforms, and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the BPO, customer‑experience or outsourcing sectors.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, account‑based marketing and digital marketing tactics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate business goals into marketing actions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey value propositions.
