Marketing Manager – Regional (Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain)

About the role

FutureTEC is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to set up and lead its marketing function and build a scalable regional marketing capability across Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain. Reporting to the CEO, the role suits a hands-on, strategic B2B marketer who defines direction while staying close to execution, and works with the CEO and senior leadership to turn the company's strategy and technology portfolio into positioning, campaigns, content, partner initiatives and market engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run the regional marketing strategy and roadmap, with annual and quarterly plans, budgets and KPIs, and report performance to executive management.
• Define and manage brand positioning and tone of voice, and enforce corporate brand standards.
• Lead marketing content such as presentations, collateral, case studies, thought leadership, website and LinkedIn content, and oversee designers and agencies.
• Support sales and demand generation, including account-based marketing, and track marketing-influenced pipeline opportunities.
• Work with Partnerships & Alliances on joint go-to-market initiatives, vendor campaigns, launches, events and co-marketing.
• Plan and run regional conferences, customer and partner events, workshops and campaigns, measuring their effectiveness.
• Own the corporate website and LinkedIn presence, manage SEO and digital campaigns, and monitor analytics, leads, conversion and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, IT services, consulting or professional services.
• Proven experience building a marketing function and supporting sales, demand generation, partner and go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience managing digital marketing, content, campaigns, events and corporate communications.
• English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage. Regional experience is preferred.
