About the role
Blue Mark is hiring a Social Media Expert in Amman, a hands-on role that turns strategy into content, campaigns and measurable results, using AI throughout the workflow. The position covers 10+ client accounts and is full-time and on-site.
Key responsibilities
- Social media strategies and content calendars
- Arabic and English copywriting
- Some design, video editing and AI-generated creative
- Publishing, community management and client coordination
- Paid campaign setup, optimization and reporting
Required profile
- 3+ years of social media experience and a strong portfolio
- Proven ability to deliver publish-ready designs and videos
- Practical AI workflows that improve quality and speed
- Strong understanding of Jordanian and Gulf audiences
- Excellent Arabic and English
- Organization and ownership to manage multiple brands and deadlines
