Marketing Specialist

About the role

Achieve Education Abroad is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Specialist to lead the company’s marketing activities across Jordan, Iraq and the Gulf region. This full‑time, on‑site position in Amman will be responsible for planning, creating and executing campaigns that attract students to international study programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with recruitment cycles.
• Conduct market, audience and competitor research to identify brand‑development opportunities.
• Create and manage content for social media, website, email newsletters and paid advertising.
• Produce graphic designs, videos and photography for campaigns and events.
• Optimize website SEO and monitor lead‑generation performance.
• Analyse campaign results, prepare reports and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with counselling, admissions, sales, visa and university partnership teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to execute day‑to‑day marketing tasks without heavy reliance on external agencies.
• Strong organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with cross‑functional departments.
