Massage Therapist – Spa (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join Marriott International’s spa team in Sweimeh, Jordan, delivering professional massage and body‑treatment services to guests. You will create a relaxing environment, ensure safety, and uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide massage services using appropriate props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest needs and screen for contraindications before each session.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and sterilize tools after each use.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and monitor their comfort throughout the service.
• Handle inappropriate guest behavior according to Marriott SOPs.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant massage or spa experience.
• State or regional massage license.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift ≤10 lb and perform fine‑motor tasks.
• Commitment to maintain current licensure and ongoing training.
