Media Buyer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our Amman office. You will manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, working closely with creative and content teams to drive performance for our international telecom app.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns.
• Manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
• Create testing strategies for audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high‑performing ad concepts.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and daily performance to maximize results.
• Prepare reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist.
• Strong background in performance marketing and campaign scaling.
• Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with e‑commerce, apps, SaaS, or lead‑generation campaigns is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
