Medical Representative – General Line

About the role
MS Pharma is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote its generic and biosimilar medicines across the General Line portfolio. You will build strong relationships with physicians, specialists and pharmacists, delivering up‑to‑date product information and supporting the company’s growth in the Jordanian market.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, specialists and pharmacists according to a defined schedule.
- Present product benefits, clinical data and competitive advantages to healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate medical lectures, seminars and conferences to raise awareness of MS Pharma’s portfolio.
- Collect market intelligence on pricing, supply, demand and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with sales targets, regulatory guidelines and promotional material standards.
Required profile
- B.Sc. in Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
- 0‑3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
