About the role

The CNA/MedTech at Sagewood at Daybreak provides quality care, encouraging independence while supporting residents' physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well‑being.

Key responsibilities

Assist residents with simple requests, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other activities.
Provide companionship, develop strong resident relationships, respond to emergencies, and document care consistently.
Review 24‑hour reports and care check‑lists, and help keep individual service plans up to date.

Required profile

Positive attitude – bring a smile to work every day.
Team player with high school education or GED; nursing assistant course completion preferred.

Required skills

First Aid certification and CPR (if required).
Meet state training requirements and possess a Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) – preferred.
