Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator will lead the coordination of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and quality standards while managing cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical studies, supervise screening, admission, dosing and follow‑up activities, and ensure adherence to approved protocols.
• Collaborate with Documentation and Logistics, Purchasing, and CRC Supervisors to guarantee availability of study materials, accurate data entry, and timely document review.
• Monitor study deviations, prepare reports for regulatory authorities, sponsors, and IRBs, and support JFDA inspections.
• Maintain and update SOPs, training records, and KPI dashboards; conduct facility inspections and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and manage clinical staff schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Strong managerial, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and work with diverse personalities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and international guidelines.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Competent computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications.
