Minibar Attendant

About the role
The Minibar Attendant supports the Guest Service team by ensuring minibar and related supplies are stocked, clean, and ready for guests. This position contributes to a seamless food and beverage experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Stock, replenish, and organize minibar items in guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, minibar units, and surrounding areas.
- Assist with setting tables, supporting kitchen operations, and handling guest requests.
- Verify menu and minibar inventory information accurately.
- Move, lift, and carry supplies up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and perform routine physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and follow safety procedures.
