About the role
The Minibar Attendant joins the Guest Service Support team at a Ritz‑Carlton property in Amman, delivering a seamless and memorable experience for guests. This front‑line position ensures that minibar inventories are stocked, clean, and ready for use, contributing to the overall quality of the food and beverage service.
Key responsibilities
- Replenish and restock minibar items in guest rooms according to brand standards.
- Inspect and clean minibar units, reporting any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and the food‑and‑beverage department to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Handle guest requests related to minibar items promptly and courteously.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; hospitality or food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
