Multi-Country Representative – MENA (Amman)

About the role

IMPACT Initiatives is seeking a Multi‑Country Representative to lead its integrated humanitarian missions across the Middle East and North Africa from its new regional hub in Amman. Reporting to the Regional Coordinator, the incumbent will oversee programme delivery, regional fundraising and partnership building, and the establishment of a functional multi‑country office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate integrated mission teams in Yemen, Lebanon and Libya, ensuring alignment with IMPACT’s strategic objectives.
• Represent IMPACT with regional stakeholders, lead fundraising initiatives and develop partnerships beyond the independent missions.
• Design, set up and operationalise the Amman Multi‑Country Office and Hub, providing administrative and programme support tailored to regional needs.
• Provide direct leadership to regional staff, establishing effective team structures and overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
• Collaborate closely with independent missions while maintaining centralised line‑management responsibilities at headquarters.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in humanitarian or development programmes, preferably in the MENA region.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑country teams and complex, integrated missions.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian coordination mechanisms and fundraising processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with governments, NGOs and donor agencies.
