Multi-Property Reservation Agent

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Multi-Property Reservation Agent, handling reservation requests for our hotel portfolio in Amman. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth booking experiences and upholding Marriott’s standards of wonderful hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest needs, verify room availability, rates, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
• Document special requests, answer questions about property facilities, and apply sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Enter and retrieve data in the reservation system, applying correct codes for complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel‑agent rates, and wholesale reservations.
• Escalate guest concerns following proper procedures and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Provide courteous, professional telephone etiquette and support guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
