Network Administrator – Enterprise IT Infrastructure

About the role

The Network Administrator is responsible for administering, optimizing, and maintaining the enterprise IT network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, IP telephony, and voice systems. The role ensures maximum availability, security, and performance while supporting hospital and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in network design and implementation.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and servers.
• Provide network support to users across multiple operating systems.
• Develop and enforce policies for network resource usage.
• Implement disaster recovery, backup, and security improvements.
• Monitor network performance and create user/permission accounts.
• Deploy and manage Call Manager, IVR, recording, voicemail, broadcast/multicast, conference bridge, and billing servers, including integration with HIS systems.
• Support on‑site hospital infrastructure such as HVAC, electrical, and building management systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in IT networking.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Routing, switching and wireless technologies.
• IP telephony and voice system administration (Call Manager, IVR, voicemail, etc.).
• Server installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Disaster recovery, backup and security management.
• Network monitoring and performance optimization.
