About the role
Elaf Cargo Co., a leading cargo service provider in Jordan, is seeking an Operation Officer to manage sea freight operations. The role involves overseeing both LCL and FCL shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver efficient logistics solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of sea freight logistics, including LCL and FCL shipments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain effective communication with overseas agents.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth logistics processes.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in logistics operations or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of supply chain management, logistics software, and MS Office.
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 + years experience in freight forwarding companies.
