Partners Support Officer

About the role

Equiti is looking for a detail‑oriented Partners Support Officer to join its Retail Operations Partner Support team in Amman. You will be the main point of contact for partner accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate payment structures and timely issue resolution while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify partner account setups in the CRM after onboarding approval.
• Configure and update custom payment structures, ensuring correct rebate types and payout calculations.
• Link client accounts to the appropriate partners following established guidelines.
• Maintain real‑time partner and client records in the CRM, conduct regular data audits and correct discrepancies.
• Handle inbound partner queries, meet response and resolution SLAs, and log escalations to relevant departments.
• Identify, classify and document partner complaints, working with Finance, Product Support and Payments to resolve them quickly.
• Validate rebates in the CRM, coordinate with Finance/Payments to troubleshoot discrepancies and keep transparent audit trails.

Required skills
