Part‑Time Tech Recruiter (Remote, Jordan)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time recruiter with a strong understanding of technology roles to evaluate candidates for software engineering, AI, product and data positions. The role is fully remote and focused on candidates based in Jordan.

Key responsibilities

• Screen incoming CVs and shortlist the strongest candidates.
• Source and reach out to candidates for open tech roles.
• Conduct screening interviews in Arabic and English.
• Review candidate video interviews.
• Write concise candidate summaries that highlight the most relevant information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate communication and ATS records.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably hiring for tech positions.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead interviews confidently.
• Excellent judgment to critically assess CVs and ask probing questions.
• Clear, honest writing for short candidate summaries.
• Organized, independent, and able to follow through without reminders.

What we offer

• 300 JOD base salary per month plus commission on successful placements.
• Fully remote work for candidates based in Jordan.
• Freelance contract with flexible 5‑hour daily schedule (Saturday‑Wednesday).
