Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join a fast‑paced agency environment. You will manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize to drive measurable growth for various brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and lead generation.
• Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve results.
• Analyze data, generate insights, and make data‑driven decisions to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Experience working in an agency setting is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of campaign optimization and performance tracking.
